Have you ever felt torn between multiple thoughts? To the point that you questioned your own ability to perceive things?

This could be a ripple affect of too much attention from an influencer. An influencer is subject that is heavily weighted in your thought process and decision making capabilities. It can be a person, a magazine, TV shows, or music! The list of subjects is infinite. It is what you subconsciously routinely study.

Let’s put it this way, if you had to take a test on your influencer you would get no less than a 95%.

An influencer can be one of your 4 corners on purpose on or on accident. Which directly correlates with where your are at in life with your net value mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

This exercise focuses on the level of influence music has on your thought process and perception of reality. For one month, challenge yourself to not listen to music. Not in the car, not in your room., shower etc. You can still go into environments that already have music playing. In fact, it will boost your awareness level of the context quality of music since you don’t hear it often.

At the end of this exercise, you will be mentally fulfilled by the awareness of what you used to subconsciously invite to dwell in your mind. This will give you the opportunity to invite something new to help your growth or allocate your energy toward something old that allowed you to grow creatively in the past.
